The StayWell Health Center sponsors the Driggs School Based Health Center (SBHC), which is located in a portable classroom unit in the behind Driggs Elementary School at 77 Woodlawn Terrace. All students of Driggs, who have enrollment forms signed by their parents, are eligible to use the health center. The school health center provides medical care for sick children including prescriptions and well care for those who need check-ups for school or sports. Patients can still keep their private doctor, if they have one, and use the health center for sick appointments. Children should first visit the school nurse, have a note from home, or have their parents call the SBHC, if they would like to see the nurse practitioner. Driggs SBHC also provides dental care including cleanings and sealants. In addition, behavioral health services are provided, and include individual and group counseling. Please call 203-596-9503 for more information or an appointment.
