Scholly is an app that connects students to scholarship opportunities. The mission of the app is to create “opportunity for all” by streamlining and simplifying the college scholarship search process. There is a mobile app, but students need to go to the website first to create an account in order to have the fee waived which is being provided by GEAR UP. Once students have registered, they can use the mobile app for free. Scholly helps students locate scholarships that they may have never been exposed to, then it is up to the student to apply! https://app.myscholly.com/waterbury
