Crosby Soccer Player

Anthony Orellana is currently a senior at Crosby High School and has been a member of the Bulldog soccer team for four years.  Anthony is arguably the best soccer player to ever don a Crosby uniform and his astounding career on the pitch has not gone unnoticed as evidenced by his numerous awards and accolades.  Anthony has led the Crosby soccer team to two NVL and state tournament berths during his playing days.  Anthony's fierce competitiveness, skill, speed and tenacity on the soccer field has been unparalleled in the annals of Crosby High's soccer history.  Anthony's historical extraordinary achievements are unmatched by any other Waterbury Public School student-athlete soccer player that has ever played the game at the high school level. 

Anthony has attained the following:

4-year Varsity starter

Captain (11, 12)

All NVL Brass Division (10)

All NVL (11,12)

NVL Player of the Year (12) (first Waterbury Public School student-athlete to receive this honor)

Pedro DeBrito Award (12) (given to the best player in city)

Class L All-State (11,12)

United Soccer Coaches Boys Soccer All New England Regional Team (12) (first Crosby player ever to receive this prestigious selection)

Anthony has a plethora of colleges recruiting him presently and he will make a decision in the spring as to where he will attend.
