Dear Parent:

I invite you, your family, friends, and business colleagues to participate in the My School’s Cool program coordinated by Brass Mill Center & Commons from August 24, 2011 – May 31, 2012.

My School’s Cool is a program designed to raise money for area schools.  There is one basic way for each school to earn points…shop at the mall!

 Mall Sales Receipts

Each dollar spent at the mall earns the participating school one point.  Receipts will be rounded to the next whole dollar at .51 cents.  There will be opportunities to earn double points which will include double point retailers and double point shopping days. 

Total school rewards to be distributed for this program is $20,000 annually. Each school will receive a percentage of the rewards. The top prize is $10,000!

Each point earned by a participating school will be divided by student enrollment in order to allow all schools, regardless of their enrollment, to compete fairly. The winners are determined based on points per student.

There are two required, basic ways for each school to redeem points: 1) having your child bring your shopping receipts from Brass Mill Center & Commons to school and 2) The Mall Management Office.

Please remember - due to many allergies and promoting healthy eating:

* Students are no longer being able to celebrate birthdays with food items.

* Balloons are also prohibited due to fire code.
