Adult Education Move

The main office for adult education has now moved over to its new location in the former Barnard School location. The address is 11 Draher Street, Waterbury, CT 06708. The telephone number remains the same at 203 574-8038.

Registration for hte fall trimester begins August 4th, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Evening registration begins Monday, August 18th, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Join us on Tuesdays, July 1-August 5, from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. for the free program "My Siblings and Me" at the Wilson School Family Resource Center, 235 Birch Street, Waterbury.  

Feedback Needed

The Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) is conducting Parent Surveys for randomly selected students with disabilities in a number of CT school districts. As a part of CT’s Focused Monitoring System, our district has been selected to participate!

Accommodations for Holidays

An absence from school due to a student's observation of a religious holiday is considered an excused absence under the Board of Education policy.

GEAR UP Program Starting

     The GEAR UP grants initiative will service a total cohort of approximately 2,500 sixth and seventh graders enrolled in the Waterbury Public School system beginning with the 2012 – 2013 school year.  Click HERE for more information and registration forms.
