Congratulations to the twelve 5th graders from the Waterbury School system who won Arts Awards at the 20th Annual Connecticut Elementary Schools Celebration of the Arts Festival. The ceremony was held at the Aqua Turf Club in Southington, CT on Tuesday, February 5. The students and their families, as well as teachers and administrators, were able to enjoy a buffet style dinner of salad, pasta, pizza, tacos and ice cream. All students received certificates of achievement presented by the school principal or their designee.
