Based on the guidance released by the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) in late June, Waterbury Public Schools has devised three preliminary plans, two of which embody the underlying premise that all students and staff will return to school, either in an in-person or virtual learning environment.
Please understand that each plan will be further developed and is subject to change based on state guidance, health trends and input from teachers, administrators, staff, students, parents and community stakeholders.
