Early Closings

In the event of an early dismissal from school due to storms, heating difficulties, etc., it is important, especially when parents are not at home during the day, that children be instructed where to go and what to do.  Please keep in mind that when dealing with a storm situation, most people are aware of the possibility of an early dismissal.  However, individual events such as heating breakdown or loss of water cannot be known to parents.  As a result, it is important that each child be instructed as to what to do if school is dismissed early for any reason.
