My Educational Philosophy: 

As an administrator, it is my job to be the catalyst that derives learning, for staff students and families. Students and staff must be encouraged to be lifelong learners. The way I can do that is to create a safe environment for learning. This means that the environment needs to be physically safe for students, families, and staff. It needs to be academically rich and engaging. And, we need to be emotionally supportive of our community. My philosophy is to educate the whole child, and that includes their families and the staff that encourages them to grow.
