Sign in, then enroll first

This will be rolling out slowly and require that any interested staff member "enrolls" first so that security questions are registered for their account.  Username and password would be "jsmith" for user John Smith and the usual Waterbury password for PC login or webmail.

Barracuda Message Archiver:

All Waterbury mail is stored in our archive system and is available indefinitely.  This system was implemented to accommodate FOI requests, but also allows any user to see their historical email.  Just visit this site, proceed through any security warning, and user your waterbury username/password to gain access.  Then you can search for mail by keyword, email address, or date ranges.
