SBC Tech Partners has won the printer bid for the 2017-2018 school year.  The printers from both manufacturers have, largely, not changed.  

As always, the best way to determine which printer would suit your needs is to determine how much you (all users using the device) print monthly and reference the "recommended monthly print volume" line item available on the document linked above. Network addressable printers are usually preferred and are easier to set up for multiple users, but require an active network connection.
