Student Records

Please review the following steps to obtain a student's records from Waterbury Public Schools: 

  1. A written request by the school receiving the record must be submitted via U.S. Mail to:

    Waterbury, CT 06706
  2. Upon receipt of written request, please allow 1-2 weeks for request to be processed, completed, and mailed to the receiving school. 

Please note: Parents are discouraged from requesting school records in person but are encouraged to ask the receiving school to complete the request as listed above.
